Job Description
Prospero Teaching are currently looking for a fantastic Cover Manager for a secondary school in Wallasey which will be starting as soon as possible. Please see below for further details:
Cover Manager
Location - Wallasey,
Type of work - Long Term, 2 year contact
Start date - As soon as possible
Full time/part time - Full time
Hours - 36 hours per week- starting at 7:15am each dayResponsibilities:
Coordinating and allocating daily cover arrangements for planned and unplanned staff absence
Line management of the Cover Supervisor and Supply Teacher team.
Supervision of whole classes during the short-term absence of teachers.
Primary focus of the role will be to maintain good order and to keep students on task ensuring they progress through the planned curriculum.Requirements:
Previous Cover Manager experienceTo be eligible:
Hold Right to Work in the UK
Hold an enhanced child barred list DBS certificate registered with the online update service or be willing to process a new application.
