What does the role involve?
As a Cover Supervisor, you will:
Deliver pre-prepared lessons in the absence of teaching staff
Maintain classroom discipline and manage student behaviour effectively
Support students with their learning while following the school's policies
Adapt quickly to different subject areas and year groups
Play a key role in ensuring continuity of learning in a dynamic school environmentWhat are we looking for?
