As a Cover Supervisor, you’ll be responsible for delivering pre-set lessons in the absence of teaching staff, maintaining a positive learning environment, and supporting students throughout the school day.
What We’re Looking For:
A confident, reliable individual with a passion for education
Minimum Grade C/4 in GCSE English and Maths (or equivalent)
Previous experience working with young people is desirable but not essential
Strong communication and classroom management skills
A flexible and proactive attitude
