The role:
Stepping into different classrooms and keeping lessons on track
Delivering pre-set work (no planning required!)
Managing behaviour and creating a calm, focused atmosphere
Being a reliable presence that schools can count on

You’ll need:
An enhanced DBS (or willingness to get one through us)
Experience working with young people
Strong behaviour management and a sense of humour
A flexible, ‘let’s-do-this’ attitude
