Cover Supervisor - Flexible Days - Ealing, West London
A large and inclusive secondary school in Ealing is looking for Cover Supervisors to join their team from September 2025. This is a day-to-day supply role offering flexible working days, making it an ideal opportunity for university students, recent graduates, or aspiring teachers looking to gain experience in education.
The school offers a welcoming and supportive environment, with well-behaved students and a strong pastoral team. Candidates must be confident managing behaviour and able to maintain a calm, professional presence in the classroom.

Pay: £100 per day
Hours: 8:30am to 3:30pm

Cover Supervisor - Role Overview:
Supervise classes across a range of subjects in the absence of the regular teacher
Ensure a calm, focused learning environment and manage classroom behaviour effectively
Follow lesson plans provided by teaching staff and ensure students stay on task
Act as a positive role model and promote high expectations for behaviour and learning
Provide support to students where needed and liaise with teaching staff as required
Ideal Candidate:
Experience working with young people or in a school environment
Confident managing behaviour and maintaining classroom order
Flexible, reliable, and available for early morning calls
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ideal for graduates, PGCE applicants, or those considering a future career in teaching
