Cover Supervisor - Flint
Pay: £90 - £110 per day
Start: ASAP | Full-time/Part-time available
We are looking for a confident and proactive Cover Supervisor to support a secondary school in Flint. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working with young people and can step into classrooms to deliver pre-planned work across a range of subjects.
About the Role:
Supervising classes in the teacher's absence
Delivering set work and keeping students on task
Managing behaviour and creating a positive learning environment
Covering a variety of subjects across KS3 and KS4
Providing general support to the school on a day-to-day or long-term basis
The Ideal Candidate:
Confident managing classrooms
Strong communication and behaviour management skills
Experience working with young people (schools, coaching, youth work, etc.)
Calm, professional and able to use initiative
Reliable, adaptable and able to build good relationships with students
