Cover Supervisor - Wrexham / Flintshire
£100-£120 per day | ASAP Start | Full-time
Tradewind Recruitment are looking for a confident and proactive Cover Supervisor to support secondary schools across Wrexham and Flintshire. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys leading a classroom, supporting learning and keeping lessons on track.
The role:
Delivering pre-set work to KS3/KS4 classes
Managing behaviour and keeping pupils focused
Supporting students with questions and tasks
Feeding back to teachers and ensuring smooth lesson transitions
Working across a range of subjects - no planning required
You'll need:
Experience working with young people (schools, coaching, mentoring, youth work, etc.)
Strong classroom control and confidence delivering to groups
A calm, positive and professional approach
DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply)
