Job Description
Cover Supervisor – Flexible Role
Location: Secondary Schools in Herefordshire
Pay: £90 – £120 per day (dependent on experience)

Do you have experience working with children in an educational setting?
Are you confident managing a classroom and delivering pre-set work?
We’re looking for reliable, proactive, and experienced Cover Supervisors to join our team on a flexible basis.
The Role
As a Cover Supervisor, you will:
Supervise a class of 30–32 students during teacher absences
Ensure students stay on task with pre-prepared work
Take attendance and report any absences
Maintain classroom discipline and ensure a safe, tidy learning environment
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you must have:
✅ 6+ months experience working with children in an educational setting
✅ Strong behaviour and classroom management skills
✅ A basic understanding of the National Curriculum
✅ Confidence to manage a classroom independently
✅ Passion for education and supporting young people
✅ Flexibility to cover a range of subjects
✅ Availability to work school hours (approx. 8:30 AM – 3:30 PM)
