About the Role:
Forever Education is working with Secondary Schools In Luton and surrounding areas that are recruiting for daily Cover Supervisors for flexible day-to-day supply work across a selection of well-run secondary schools in Luton and surrounding areas.
This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who thrive on variety and want to build experience across different school environments. Day-to-day supply offers the freedom to choose when you work, without the pressure of a long-term commitment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Delivering pre-prepared lessons in the absence of the regular class teacher
* Maintaining classroom focus and enforcing school behaviour policies
* Managing student behaviour confidently and professionally
* Reporting back to staff on student progress and classroom conduct
* Adapting quickly to different subjects and school settings
* Being punctual, proactive, and reliable for daily assignments
About you
* Experience working with young people in schools or youth settings
* Strong classroom presence and effective behaviour management skills
* Flexibility and resilience across different schools and age groups
* Available 3-5 days a week
* Professionalism and clear communication
* Enhanced DBS registered on the Update Service (or willingness to apply for one)
