I am currently working with a welcoming and high-achieving secondary school based in the London Borough of Hillingdon, who are seeking a confident and enthusiastic Cover Supervisor to join their team.As a Cover Supervisor, you will be responsible for delivering pre-prepared lessons across a range of subjects in the absence of the class teacher. Your main focus will be to maintain a productive and positive learning environment, ensuring that students remain on task and behaviour is managed effectively in line with the school’s expectations.This role is ideal for graduates or experienced school support staff who are looking to take the next step in their education career, gain hands-on classroom experience, or prepare for a future in teacher training.
