The Education Network is recruiting enthusiastic and confident Cover Supervisors to work across secondary schools in the Bradford area. This is a fantastic opportunity for graduates, aspiring teachers, or experienced school support staff looking to gain classroom experience while contributing positively to students’ education.
About the Role As a Cover Supervisor, you will:
Supervise classes in the absence of the classroom teacher.
Deliver pre-prepared lesson materials and ensure pupils remain on task.
Manage classroom behaviour in line with school policies.
Support students with their learning and maintain a positive learning environment.
Provide feedback to teaching staff on pupil progress and any issues that arise.Requirements
Experience working with young people (school, tutoring, sports coaching, youth work, etc.).
Strong classroom presence and the confidence to manage behaviour effectively.
Good communication skills and the ability to build rapport quickly.
A flexible and adaptable approach to supporting different subjects and schools.
An Enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to apply).What We Offer
