Your Role
As a Cover Supervisor, you will:
Supervise classes during teacher absences, delivering pre-prepared lessons.
Keep students focused, engaged, and motivated throughout the day.
Maintain a positive and well-managed classroom atmosphere.
Adapt confidently across a range of subjects and year groups (KS3 & KS4).
Be available for both short-notice and pre-booked cover assignments.
What We’re Looking For
You’ll be a fantastic fit if you:
Have previous experience in a school or youth setting (e.g. Cover Supervisor, HLTA, TA, Tutor, or Coach).
Are confident managing classrooms and supporting secondary-age learners.
Are adaptable, reliable, and thrive on variety.
Have a genuine passion for education and supporting young people.
Can easily travel to schools in and around Wisbech.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
