Tradewind Recruitment is looking for confident, reliable, and proactive Cover Supervisors to support a range of busy secondary schools in and around Daventry. As schools continue to experience high demand for cover support, we are seeking individuals who can step into the classroom, maintain a positive learning environment, and ensure students stay on task during teacher absences.

This role is ideal for graduates, aspiring teachers, teaching assistants looking to progress, or anyone with strong communication and leadership skills who enjoys working with young people. Key Responsibilities
