Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
You’ll be the hero that keeps learning going! Your role includes:
⭐ Delivering pre-prepared lessons to classes across a range of subjects
⭐ Keeping students engaged, focused and enjoying their day
⭐ Bringing positivity, confidence and a sense of fun to the classroom
⭐ Managing behaviour calmly and effectively
⭐ Stepping into different year groups and departments throughout the day
⭐ Being that warm, dependable presence students respond well to
⭐ Supporting the school team with enthusiasm and professionalism

We’re Looking For Someone Who:
Has CACHE Level 2/3 qualification OR at least 6 months experience working with young people
Is confident supervising students aged 11–16
Has strong communication and behaviour management skills
Can think on their feet and adapt to fast-paced school environments
Enjoys a varied role where every day feels different
Has a positive, energetic attitude and loves inspiring young minds
