Your Responsibilities:

Deliver pre-set lessons in the absence of the classroom teacher
Keep students on track, engaged and behaving positively
Manage the classroom environment with confidence
Report back on lesson progress and any behaviour concerns
Bring a positive, professional and proactive attitude to every school you support
What We’re Looking For:

Confidence to lead a classroom of secondary-aged students
Strong communication and behaviour-management skills
Adaptability – you’ll be working in different schools with different routines
Reliability and professionalism
Experience working with young people (desired but not essential)
A valid DBS on the update service (or willingness to obtain one)
