Your Responsibilities:

Deliver pre-planned lessons in the absence of the class teacher
Keep students focused, engaged and behaving positively
Manage the classroom confidently and professionally
Provide feedback to school staff on lesson progress
Bring a positive, proactive approach to each school you support
 What We’re Looking For:

Confidence to lead a classroom of secondary-aged students
Strong communication and behaviour-management skills
Flexibility to work in different Doncaster schools
Reliability, professionalism and enthusiasm
Experience working with young people (desired but not essential)
A valid DBS on the update service (or willingness to obtain one)
