Cover Supervisor – Blyth | Full-Time | £100 - £110 per day

Humly is recruiting a reliable and experienced Cover Supervisor to join a forward-thinking school in Blyth. This is a full-time role, Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 4:00pm, paying £100 per day. If you have experience working with Secondary-aged students and enjoy supporting learning across the classroom, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.

The Role
As a Cover Supervisor, you’ll ensure lessons run smoothly in the absence of the class teacher. Responsibilities include:

  * Supervising and managing secondary students in the classroom

  * Maintaining a safe, engaging, and positive learning environment

  * Supporting students to follow lesson plans and complete tasks

  * Monitoring behaviour and reporting feedback to teachers

  * Providing targeted support where needed, while encouraging independence

The Ideal Candidate
We’re looking for someone who is:

  * Experienced with Secondary-aged students

  * Confident in classroom management

  * Calm, proactive, and adaptable in a busy school environment

  * Skilled at building rapport with students to keep them engaged
