Location – Swansea & West Wales
Pay – £105 - £115 per day
Hours – 08:30-15:30 (NO WEEKENDS!)

Responsibilities
Deliver pre-prepared lessons to classes in the absence of the usual teacher
Manage the classroom and maintain a positive learning environment
Ensure students are engaged in the assigned tasks and provide support as needed
Manage student behaviour in accordance with school policies
Qualifications
GCSE (at least 5 C’s) must have English and Maths
Level 2 certificate in Support Teaching and Learning (desired but not essential)
Certificate of higher education (desired but not essential)
Requirements
A passion for education and working with young people
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to adapt quickly and manage multiple tasks effectively
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
Flexibility to work across different subjects and year groups
Previous experience working with children or within education is desired but not essential
