Cover Supervisor (Sefton & Southport) 
In Partnership with The Supply Register & Our Trust Schools

Are you confident working with young people and looking to gain valuable classroom experience in a supportive secondary school?

Supervising classes in the absence of the regular teacher

Delivering pre-prepared lesson plans and ensuring students remain on task

Managing classroom behaviour in line with school policies

Supporting students with their learning during lessons

Creating a positive and focused learning environment

Working closely with teaching staff and the wider school team

Could This Be You?

Experience working with young people or in a school setting is desirable

Confident managing a classroom and maintaining positive behaviour

Strong communication and organisational skills

Flexible, reliable and professional

Interest in education or a future teaching career
