Cover Supervisor – Long Term temporary and ongoing, starting September 2026

Duties as Cover Supervisor:
Delivering pre-planned lessons across a range of subjects
Managing classroom behaviour in line with school policies
Ensuring students remain focused and on task throughout lessons
Providing support and guidance where appropriate
Recording attendance and reporting any concerns
Providing feedback to teaching staff on lesson outcomes and student behaviourIdeal Cover Supervisor:
Experience working with children or young people is desirable
Strong behaviour management and communication skills
Confidence leading groups of students in a classroom setting
Organised, adaptable, and professional approach
Ability to build positive relationships with students and staff
