The cover supervisor role:
As a cover supervisor, you’ll be responsible for delivering pre-set lessons in the absence of the class teacher. You’ll ensure students remain on task and support classroom behaviour management while contributing to a calm and purposeful learning environment. No planning or marking is required – giving you the chance to focus on classroom delivery.
What we’re looking for:
• Previous experience in a UK primary, secondary, or SEN school
• Confidence in managing classrooms independently
• Availability from Monday to Friday (flexible working possible)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• SEN experience is desirable but not essential
