What You'll Be Doing:
Supervising pre-set lessons in the absence of the classroom teacher
Managing classroom behaviour and ensuring a focused learning environment
Providing support to students across a range of subjects
Acting as a positive role model and ensuring school policies are followed
Ideal Cover Supervisors Will Have:
minimum 6 months experience within the UK Education sector
Strong communication and organisational skills
A proactive, adaptable, and professional approach
A desire to gain valuable classroom experience
