What You'll Be Doing:
Delivering pre-prepared lessons to students
Managing classroom behaviour with confidence
Supporting pupils and maintaining a positive learning environment
Working across a range of subjects (with the option to specialise)
What We’re Looking For:
Solid classroom experience (e.g. as a TA, HLTA, Cover Supervisor, Instructor, etc.)
A confident, engaging personality
Strong behaviour management skills
No QTS needed – just proven experience and the right attitude
