Job Title: Cover Supervisor
Location: Oxfordshire
Salary: £140 - £160 per day (depending on experience)
Responsibilities:
Supervise classrooms in the absence of regular teachers, ensuring a positive and productive learning environment.
Deliver pre-prepared lesson materials and maintain classroom discipline to ensure effective learning takes place.
Support and assist students in their learning, providing guidance and encouragement as needed.
Ensure the safety and well-being of students at all times.
Report any behavioural or safeguarding issues to the appropriate staff members.
Engage with students and facilitate a constructive learning experience.Requirements:
Prior experience working as a Cover Supervisor in a Secondary School setting is highly desirable.
Strong classroom management skills and the ability to engage with students effectively.
Flexibility and adaptability to work in different school environments and handle various subject areas.
A passion for education and a commitment to nurturing students' growth and development.
