Position: Daily Supply Cover Supervisor
Pay: £110-£125 per day
Start Date: ASAP | Flexible days available OR September 2025

We are seeking enthusiastic, reliable, and confident Cover Supervisors to provide daily supply cover across secondary schools in the Lambeth area. This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals who enjoy working with young people and want to gain valuable classroom experience - whether you're a recent graduate, a future teacher, or an experienced education professional.
🔹 The Role:
Supervising whole classes during the short-term absence of teaching staff
Delivering pre-set work and ensuring students remain on task
Managing classroom behaviour in line with school policies
Providing feedback to teaching staff on student progress🔹 What We're Looking For:
Previous experience working with young people (school-based or in youth settings)
Strong classroom management skills and a professional attitude
Adaptability to work in different schools and environments
A positive, can-do approach with strong communication skills🔹 Requirements:
Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willing to apply)
Right to work in the UK
