This is a fantastic opportunity for an enthusiastic and reliable Cover Supervisor looking to make a real difference in a rewarding setting. Key Responsibilities
• Cover classes across Key Stages 3 to 5, delivering pre-prepared lessons in the absence of the class teacher
• Maintain classroom engagement and promote positive behaviour
• Support a smooth continuation of learning without the need to plan or mark lessons
Ideal Candidate
• A background in education, youth work, tutoring or classroom experience
• A confident and proactive approach to managing classroom dynamics
• A flexible, calm, and approachable attitude
• Level 2 or 3 Certificate in Supporting Teaching and Learning or Cover Supervision (preferred but not essential)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
