We are currently recruiting a Cover Supervisor for a vibrant, inclusive secondary school in Brent that is committed to delivering excellence in education. Key Responsibilities
• Supervising classes during teacher absences, ensuring students remain on task and engaged
• Supporting pupils with a variety of needs, including SEN students, across KS3–KS5
• Managing behaviour and promoting a safe, positive learning environment
• Assisting with lesson delivery and providing classroom support where needed
• Working closely with teaching staff to understand lesson objectives and pupil requirements
