The Role:
Supervise classes during short-term teacher absences
Deliver pre-set work and ensure students stay on task
Manage classroom behaviour in line with school policies
Support students in their learning and report back to teaching staffIdeal Candidates Will Have:
Experience working with secondary-age students (in a school, youth work, tutoring, etc.)
Strong classroom presence and excellent communication skills
Flexibility, reliability, and a positive attitude
