Job Title: Secondary General Cover Supervisors
Location: East Sussex
Pay: £100 – £180 per day
Hours: 08:30 – 15:30
Contract Type: Day-to-Day or Long-Term (Flexible, Part-Time or Full-Time)

These roles are ideal for those looking for flexibility in their working hours, offering both day-to-day and long-term placements. Whether you are an experienced Cover Supervisor or someone interested in gaining valuable experience in the education sector, we have opportunities to suit you.
Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise and manage classrooms of students in the absence of the regular teacher
• Ensure students remain on task and complete work as set by the absent teacher
• Manage classroom behavior and maintain a positive learning environment
• Assist with administrative tasks, such as registration and ensuring students follow school procedures
• Adapt to a variety of subject areas and classrooms with ease
What We’re Looking For:
• Previous experience in a similar role or working with secondary school students (preferred)
• Strong communication and classroom management skills
• A proactive, flexible, and adaptable approach to work
• A current, enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to apply)
