Cover Supervisor - Corby
Start Date: September 2025 | Full-Time | Long-Term Role with potential for Permanent

We're working with secondary schools in Corby who are looking for full-time Cover Supervisors to join their teams from September 2025. This is a fantastic opportunity for anyone interested in a career in education, or simply looking for a rewarding role supporting students day-to-day.
What the job involves:
Supervising classes in the absence of a teacher, delivering pre-set lessons
Managing classroom behaviour and encouraging a focused learning environment
Supporting students with their learning and keeping them on task
Recording attendance and reporting any issues or concerns
Working with a variety of age groups across different subjects
What we're looking for:
Experience working with young people (in schools, youth work, tutoring, sports coaching, etc.)
A confident and professional approach to classroom management
Excellent communication and organisation skills
Someone dependable, flexible, and committed to helping students succeed
(Bonus) An interest in training to teach or pursuing a long-term career in education
