TimePlan Education is currently recruiting for a reliable and confident Cover Supervisor to work in secondary schools across Weymouth starting from September 2025.
This is a fantastic opportunity for graduates, aspiring teachers, or experienced support staff looking to gain hands-on classroom experience.
About the Role:
Supervise whole classes during teacher absences using pre-set lesson plans
Manage classroom behaviour and ensure a positive learning environment
Support students in staying on task and understanding instructions
Work across a range of subjects and year groups (KS3-KS4)
We're Looking For:
Someone confident and enthusiastic about working with young people
Experience in education or working with children/teens (e.g. youth work, tutoring, coaching)
Strong communication and classroom management skills
A flexible and proactive approach to school life
