Role Overview:
As a Cover Supervisor, you will supervise classes in the absence of teachers, ensuring that students remain engaged, focused, and productive. You will be a key part of helping maintain smooth school operations while providing excellent support for pupils and staff.

Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and manage whole classes during teacher absences
Ensure students remain on task and follow school policies
Provide basic support to students with their work as needed
Report any issues or incidents to the school leadership team
Requirements:
Experience working with children or young people (preferred)
Strong communication and organisational skills
Ability to manage behaviour effectively and calmly
Reliable and professional approach to work
