The Role: What Does a Cover Supervisor Do?
As a Cover Supervisor, you’ll play a vital role in maintaining continuity of education during teacher absences. You will:
Deliver pre-set lessons across various subjects and year groups
Manage classroom behaviour and ensure students remain on task
Support the school’s policies and uphold high expectations
Be a positive role model to students, maintaining a respectful learning environment

Job Details:
Full-Time, Monday to Friday, Term-Time Only
Permanent contract available following successful probation
Competitive daily rate, paid weekly via PAYE or umbrella
On-site training and ongoing support from both the school and GSL Education
