Cover Supervisor - Leeds - September Start
Location: Leeds, West Yorkshire
Start Date: September 2025
Contract: Full-time, Temporary (Temp to Perm Available)
Agency: Veritas Education
Pay: up to £125 per day PAYE
Veritas Education are looking for an experienced Cover Supervisor to work in secondary schools across Leeds from September. This role is ideal for someone confident in classroom and behaviour management, and passionate about supporting students in their learning.
The Role:
Supervise classes during teacher absence using pre-set work
Maintain a focused and productive classroom environment
Manage behaviour effectively in line with school policies
Report back to teaching staff on student progress and behaviour
Requirements:
Previous experience as a Cover Supervisor or in a similar role
Strong classroom and behaviour management skills
Ability to engage students and maintain discipline
A proactive and adaptable approach to work
Enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to apply)
