Job Description
The Role:
As a Cover Supervisor, you will play a vital role in maintaining continuity of education in the absence of teaching staff. You will:

Deliver pre-set lesson plans to students across Key Stages 3 and 4
*
Manage classroom behaviour effectively
*
Supervise whole classes during short-term teacher absences
*
Provide support and ensure a safe and productive learning environment
About You:
We are looking for someone who:

Has excellent communication and organisational skills
*
Can build positive relationships with students and staff
*
Remains calm under pressure and manages behaviour effectively
*
Ideally has previous experience working in schools or with young people (not essential)
*
Is considering a career in teaching or education
