📍 Location: Chester
💷 Pay: £90 - £100 per day
🕒 Hours: 08:30 - 15:30, Monday to Friday (Flexible)

Are you confident, adaptable, and interested in working with young people? We're currently seeking Cover Supervisors to join a range of secondary schools across Chester from September 2025.
This is a highly flexible opportunity - whether you're looking for full-time, part-time, or a few days a week, we can work around your availability. Perfect for graduates, aspiring teachers, or anyone with youth experience looking for rewarding work in education.
👩🏫 What You'll Be Doing:
As a Cover Supervisor, you will:
Deliver pre-set lesson plans in the absence of the classroom teacher.
Manage classroom behaviour and ensure students stay on task.
Support pupils throughout the lesson.
Report back to teaching staff on student engagement and behaviour.
Help create a positive and structured learning environment.
No planning or marking is required - your role is to keep the lesson running smoothly and provide support where needed.

We welcome a wide range of backgrounds, including:
Graduates (especially in education, sport, psychology or related fields).
Teaching assistants ready to take the next step.
Youth workers, coaches, mentors or tutors.
Anyone confident working with secondary-aged pupils.
You'll need:
Good classroom presence and communication skills.
Confidence in leading groups of students.
A professional, proactive attitude.
An Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one).
