Protocol Education is looking for confident, reliable, and enthusiastic people to join our Cover Supervisor training programme and start supporting local secondary schools in Doncaster.
What is a Cover Supervisor?
When a teacher is off, you step in. No planning, no marking—just delivering the set work, keeping the class on track, and bringing a calm, can-do energy to the room. Think of it as the first step into teaching… minus the pressure.
We provide full training, including:
Classroom management essentials
Behaviour strategies and safeguarding
Step-by-step support from experienced educators
Optional Thrive training to boost emotional wellbeing skills

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
