About the Role:
Supervising classes across different subjects and year groups
Ensuring a safe, respectful, and productive classroom environment
Supporting the delivery of lesson plans provided by teaching staff (where applicable)
Managing student behaviour and maintaining order during lessons
Building positive relationships with students and staff
Ideal Candidate:
Confident, approachable, and well-organized
Enthusiastic about working with young people
Reliable with a professional attitude
Previous experience in a school environment is preferred but not essential
Flexibility to work on a supply basis across various schools in Essex
