Cover Supervisor – Secondary School Classroom Support
Teaching Personnel are recruiting for a Cover Supervisor to join one of our partner secondary schools on a full-time basis. This is an exciting opportunity for confident and resilient individuals who are motivated by the challenge of working with young people and want to gain valuable classroom experience.
The school has a strong focus on inclusion and individuality. Key Responsibilities:
Supervise classes across a range of subjects in the absence of the class teacher.
Deliver pre-prepared lesson materials and keep students engaged.
Use effective behaviour management strategies to create a positive learning environment.
Support pupils of all abilities, including those with additional needs.
Build relationships based on respect, consistency, and encouragement.
We are looking for:
Confident individuals with strong communication and leadership skills.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
