The Role:
Supervising classes during teacher absences
Delivering pre-planned work set by class teachers
Managing behaviour and maintaining a positive learning environment
Supporting pupils to stay on task and complete their work
About You:
Previous classroom or youth-based experience is an advantage, but not essential
Confident with strong communication and interpersonal skills
Flexible, reliable, and able to adapt to different school environments
A genuine passion for supporting young people
