Job Title: Secondary General Cover Supervisors
Location: Eastbourne, East Sussex
Pay: £100 – £180 per day
Hours: 08:30 – 15:30
Contract Type: Day-to-Day or Long-Term (Flexible, Part-Time or Full-Time)

Whether you're an experienced Cover Supervisor or someone looking to gain valuable classroom experience, this is a great opportunity to work flexibly across a range of schools, either on a day-to-day or long-term basis.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise and manage classrooms in the absence of the regular teacher
Ensure students remain on task and complete work set by the absent teacher
Maintain a positive and productive learning environment
Manage behaviour in line with school policies
Carry out basic admin duties, such as registration
Adapt quickly to different subject areas and school environments
What We’re Looking For
Experience working with secondary-aged students (preferred)
Strong communication and behaviour management skills
Flexible, proactive and adaptable approach
A current enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply for one)
