Cover Supervisor – Secondary School – Barking & Dagenham

Milk Education are recruiting for a confident and enthusiastic Cover Supervisor to join a supportive Secondary School in Barking & Dagenham. What You’ll Be Doing in the Role
Supervising classes during teacher absence, ensuring pupils remain on task
Delivering pre-prepared lesson plans and maintaining a positive classroom environment
Managing classroom behaviour in line with school policies
Supporting students with their learning and development when required
Essential Qualifications / Experience
Recent experience working with young people (school, tutoring, mentoring, or similar)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to manage behaviour and maintain a purposeful learning environment
A proactive and flexible approach to supporting pupils and staff
