What You'll Be Doing:
* Leading pre-set lessons and ensuring students stay on task
* Encouraging discussion and positive classroom behaviour
* Handling any challenges calmly and professionally
* Being a positive role model for learners
* Feeding back to teachers and collecting completed work
✅ What You’ll Need:
* 6+ months of experience working with children or vulnerable adults
* A valid enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one)
* Registration with the Education Workforce Council (or willingness to register)
* A calm, confident, and approachable attitude
* Strong communication and organisation skills
