The Role

Supervise classes during teacher absence, ensuring students remain on task with pre-set work

Manage behaviour in line with school policies, encouraging respect and responsibility

Support students in developing independence, resilience and a growth mindset
*
Act as a positive role model, promoting kindness, integrity and respect across the school community
