We are recruiting!
Tradewind Recruitment are currently recruiting Cover Supervisors to work in secondary schools in Bodmin and the surrounding towns. This is a fantastic opportunity for aspiring teachers to gain valuable classroom experience, and also an ideal option for education professionals seeking flexible working arrangements.
We have a variety of options available to suit any preferences or availability, whether you're looking for part-time, flexible work, or a long-term, full-time role.
We are seeking Cover Supervisors with experience working with young people, strong classroom management abilities, and the confidence to lead a class effectively. In this role, you will oversee lessons in the teacher's absence, delivering pre-prepared materials and maintaining a focused and productive learning environment.
Requirements:
A DBS on the update service (or happy to apply for one)
Managing classroom behaviour in line with school policies
Ensuring students stay on task with pre-set work
Providing feedback to teaching staff after lessons
Supporting students with questions
