Cover Supervisors Wanted – Step Into the Classroom & Make a Difference!
Location: Secondary Schools – Caerphilly
Daily Rate: From £100+ per day
Hours: 8:30 AM – 3:30 PM | Monday to Friday
Contract: Flexible, Term-Time Only

Hoop Education is thrilled to offer multiple exciting Cover Supervisor positions across Bridgend. You don’t need to be a qualified teacher — just confident, calm, and ready to lead a classroom.

What You’ll Be Doing:
* Delivering pre-set work in the absence of a teacher
* Maintaining a focused, respectful classroom environment
* Supporting pupils with questions and encouraging discussion
* Managing classroom behaviour and ensuring safety
* Collecting completed work and reporting on the session
* Being a positive role model students look up to
✅ What You’ll Need:
* 6+ months of experience working with children or vulnerable adults
* Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willing to obtain one)
* EWC registration (or willingness to register)
* A calm, organised approach and excellent communication skills
* A genuine passion for helping pupils succeed
