Tradewind Recruitment are currently looking for a confident and enthusiastic Cover Supervisors to join secondary schools in Flint on a supply basis. This role is a great opportunity for anyone looking to gain valuable classroom experience, whether you're an experienced cover supervisor, a teaching assistant ready to step up, or a graduate considering a future in teaching.
The Role:
Cover lessons across KS3 and KS4 in the absence of the class teacher.
Ensure pupils stay on task with pre-prepared work.
Manage classroom behaviour in line with school policies.
Provide a positive and engaging learning environment.
Requirements:
Previous experience working with young people (education, youth work, sports coaching, etc.).
Good behaviour management and communication skills.
A professional and flexible approach to working in different classrooms.
Enhanced DBS on the Update Service, or willingness to apply.
Registered on the EWC.
