A highly regarded Ofsted 'Good' rated secondary school in Milton Keynes, Buckinghamshire is seeking a reliable and adaptable Cover Supervisor to join their cover team. The role of a Cover Supervisor will include:
Delivering pre-prepared lessons across a range of subjects
Managing behaviour effectively to ensure a positive learning environment
Supervising groups of pupils in the absence of their regular teacher
Supporting the continuation of learning in line with school policies
Requirements include:
Previous experience in education or working with young people (desirable)
Strong communication and organisation skills
Confidence in managing classes and support young people (aged 11-18)
A flexible and proactive approach to supporting the school day
Reliably commutable to Milton Keynes, Buckinghamshire
