Job Description
Teaching Personnel are looking for confident and adaptable individuals to work as Cover Supervisors across secondary schools in Plymouth. This role is ideal for graduates considering teaching, experienced support staff looking for a step up, or anyone passionate about supporting young people in education.
About the role:
Deliver pre-planned lessons in the absence of the classroom teacher.
Manage behaviour in line with school policy and ensure pupils remain on task.
Provide feedback to teachers on class progress and behaviour.
Support students with learning when needed and encourage a positive classroom environment.
Work across a range of subjects, offering variety and flexibility.
