Cover Supervisor – Secondary Schools (Coventry & Warwickshire) Location: Coventry & Warwickshire Full-Time & Part-Time Positions Available Pay: £90–£100 per day Start Date: Ongoing Are you confident, adaptable, and looking to make a difference in the classroom? About the Role: As a Cover Supervisor, you’ll step into the classroom to deliver pre-set lesson plans during teacher absences. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a secondary school environment and support students in their learning. Your responsibilities will include: Supervising students in the absence of the regular teacher Managing classroom behaviour and ensuring a positive learning environment Delivering set work and responding to general student queries Reporting back to teaching staff on student progress and conduct We’re Looking For: Confident individuals with strong communication and organisational skills Someone with classroom experience (preferred but not essential) Graduates or individuals considering a future in teaching are welcome Ability to manage groups of secondary-aged students in a classroom setting An enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to obtain one) What We Offer: Competitive daily pay: £90–£100 Flexible working: full-time or part-time roles to suit your availability Opportunities across a range of local secondary schools Support and guidance from an experienced education recruitment team Potential pathways into teaching or further training Requirements To be considered for the role of Cover Supervisor- No experience required you will: A strong interest in education and working with young people.
